For Ann-Catherine the travel highs don’t get much higher than watching a rainbow arch across the sky over the ancient ruins of Machu Picchu. However, seeing the sun set at the ancient ruins of Angkor Wat comes a pretty close second.
Suffice to say that Ann-Catherine is a bit of a fan of seeking out ‘real’ experiences. But that’s not to say that she doesn’t like a bit of pampering. In fact, boutique resorts, cruising and luxury rail journeys are also passions she likes to indulge in. Along with pistachio ice cream.
Her love of travel started as a young exchange student, when Ann-Catherine swapped the quiet streets of country Griffith for the bright lights of Japan – a country that remains one of her favourite destinations. By the time she left school the travel bug had bitten and she has never really stopped, all while squeezing in a degree in Asian Studies. And how she ended up being a golf caddy in Japan is another story...
But when she can’t travel herself, Ann-Catherine throws her energy into planning unforgettable experiences for her clients. From Vespa tours in Italy and horseback riding through Patagonia, to cruising along the exotic Zambezi river in a houseboat.
