Upon your arrival at the airport, meet up with our friendly tour guide that led you to the vehicle. Enjoy a convenient, hassle-free transfer to your accommodation. Day 2 Gin Making Class
Step into an immersive gin-making workshop in Singapore and experience what it is like to be a distiller for a day. With guidance from skilled professionals, engage in the intricate process of gin crafting—from selecting botanicals to distilling with a traditional mini copper still. The result is a one-of-a-kind creation that blends heritage and innovation in every bottle. Takes charge of a personal still, exploring the art of distillation through hands-on experimentation. Once the unique blend is complete, the bottle is named, labeled, and brought to the bar, where it’s transformed into a refreshing gin and tonic. Bring home your own creation.
Day 3 Hawker Food & Wine Private Tour
Hawker culture in Singapore: community dining and culinary practices in a multicultural urban context is present throughout Singapore. Hawkers prepare a variety of food for people who dine and mingle at hawker centres. These centres serve as ‘community dining rooms’ where people from diverse backgrounds gather and share the experience of dining over breakfast, lunch and dinner. Celebrating this local heritage culture, Singapore’s street food tradition is now part of UNESCO’s list of Intangible Cultural Heritage, which includes knowledge and practices instead of physical sites. To further enjoy and savour our local Singapore hawker fare, we have paired our hawker food with wines. Through this food and wine journey, your guide will take you on an experiential journey of savouring local less known hawker food with pairing of sparkling, white and red wine at 3 different places in Singapore. You will also learn how hawker culture transpired and how it blends and forms the local eating community culture in Singapore!
