Everyone has a favourite travel destination and for Philippa it is Africa. From the diverse wildlife of Botswana to the mazelike souks of Marrakesh in Morocco it is a continent that has so much to offer. She describes the beauty of seeing a herd of elephants in Chobe National Park as something she will never forget.

When travelling, Philippa seeks out the unique and extraordinary, such as staying in a palace, the Umaid Bhawan Palace to be exact, an experience that she says was “truly magical”.  She also values the opportunity to mix and mingle with the locals. If you are heading to Barbados, she’ll tell you that Oistin’s Fish Fry on Friday nights is not to be missed.  She also recommends looking up when walking through a new city as you will often be rewarded with some amazing sights.
