We work with third party travel partners to deliver your travel experience, however each one of our partners has their own policy regarding cancellations and refunds, which are frequently updated. We are doing our best to work within those policies while helping you cancel or change your booking.

Refund Processing Timeframes

Due to the high volume of refund requests triggered by the Coronavirus pandemic, the Travel Associates team has been working hard to streamline the refund process for our clients. It has taken time to navigate the extremely complex process of suppliers cancelling services and changing refund conditions however we are focused on delivering your refund back to you as quickly as possible.

When Can We Travel Again

The Australian Chamber of Commerce and Industry’s Tourism Restart Taskforce, made up of leaders and experts from across the industry, recently released a timetable of guidance for domestic and international travel.
According to the proposed timetable, Australians will be able to travel to New Zealand and the Pacific from July 2020, with travel to other countries, deemed safe under a bilateral health agreement, to restart from September 2020.

However, it appears international travel may not resume until December. The Tourism Restart Taskforce is planning for all domestic travel, including domestic expedition cruises, to restart from early June 2020.
