When will I receive my points?

Your points will land in your account once your booking is complete and all travel is wrapped up—the timing just depends on what you’ve booked.

How do I find out how many points I need for a reward?

Easy - open the World360 Rewards App and head to the Rewards Store. Every reward clearly shows how many points you’ll need, plus any Points + Pay options.

Heads up:

Minimum per transaction = 1,000 points
Maximum per transaction = 2 million points

Points needed can vary by product, so check before you redeem.

Are the any restrictions on redeeming?

Here’s what you can and can’t do when redeeming your World360 Rewards points.

You can:

Use points on eligible travel bookings across the Flight Centre Travel Group network.
Redeem for flights, hotels, packages and more (where eligible).
Transfer points between eligible family members.

You can’t:

Buy more points with points (nice try).
Redeem for World360 Rewards Marketplace purchases.
Book certain “white label” web/app products like tours, cruises & shore excursions, car hire, insurance, or eSIMs (brand-specific exclusions apply).
Gift points to non-family members.
Transfer to other loyalty programs.

How do I redeem points?

You’ve got two main ways to turn points into adventures:

1. Travel Bookings (with participating brands):

Points unlock once your trip is completed.

2. Rewards Store (in the World360 Rewards App):

Use points only or fixed points + fixed cash.

No transfers to other programs.
Family transfers allowed (eligible members only).
