Plenty of ways! World360 Rewards is designed to make every part of your travel more rewarding. You can earn points when you:

• Book eligible travel (flights, hotels, cruises, travel insurance, tours and more) with participating brands
• Shop through the World360 Rewards Marketplace
• Upgrade to (or renew) your Member Plus (15,000 points)
• Convert your ANZ or Westpac rewards points into World360 Rewards points
• Refer a friend to join
• Receive a points transfer from a family member

Once you’ve built up your balance, you can redeem points for flights, stays, cruises, tours, upgrades and more in the World360 Rewards Store.

Your points will land in your account once your booking is complete and all travel is wrapped up—the timing just depends on what you’ve booked.

• Check your predicted points on your booking receipt
• Once your trip’s done, your points will make their way into your World360 Rewards account

• Buy more points with points (nice try).
• Redeem for World360 Rewards Marketplace purchases.
• Book certain “white label” web/app products like tours, cruises & shore excursions, car hire, insurance, or eSIMs (brand-specific exclusions apply).
• Gift points to non-family members.
• Transfer to other loyalty programs.

You’ve got two main ways to turn points into adventures:

1. Travel Bookings (with participating brands):

• Points unlock once your trip is completed.

2. Rewards Store (in the World360 Rewards App):

• Redeem for travel rewards and special offers.
• Use points only or fixed points + fixed cash.
• One product code per redemption, via selected brand.

• No transfers to other programs.
• Family transfers allowed (eligible members only).
• Some exclusions apply (e.g. Rewards Store redemptions don’t earn points).
• Redemption amounts vary by product.
