We have just got back from our holiday in Karon Phuket. We booked our trip through Travel Associates consultant Jacqui. This is the 3rd holiday that we have had the pleasure of booking through Jacqui. Jacqui always listens to our needs and what we would like in a holiday. She offers very good advice and some excellent ideas as well. Nothing is ever too much trouble. She is very professional and friendly. Always follows up with great communication about everything you need to know. We are looking forward to booking our next holiday with Jacqui.

With one weeks notice we asked Lolo to plan our first visit to Japan, a 2 week holiday in early October. After 3 days we had an itinerary locked in that was to allow some trail walking and to experience local food and customs all within our budget. It worked out really well , the accommodation was great and varied as requested, flights and rental cars all lined up and we did not feel rushed at any stage . We really enjoyed the visit and would certainly ask Lolo to help us next time we holiday away.

Travel arrangements were well planned and all worked well except for a transfer from our hotel in Istanbul to the airport. This was Talixo’s fault not Travel Associates. Our hotel at The Square Milano Duomo was excellent.

Travel Associates Toronto is a top class travel agency. My wife and I have trusted their advice and planning for many years now. Bailey Campbell has been our travel consultant for the last several years and has been excellent. Her knowledge and experience and her meticulous planning have resulted in several overseas and Australian holidays being absolutely wonderful experiences. My wife & I have just completed the Idyllic Rhone River cruise 25/9/26 to 2/10/26. Prior to that we did 15 Days in Italy including a 12 day Luxury Gold tour. Bailey organised all of this for us and we had amazing time. Everything went well and to schedule. Bailey even arranged plenty of time between flights in Frankfurt and Singapore, which in Frankfurt is a real godsend as it is such an inefficient airport. To Bailey, my wife & I say a huge thank you for all her wonderful, careful, planning and help that provided us with this wonderful experience. Everything was perfect. Everything went so well. Have had the best service from Kylie since her earlier days at Flight Centre … and now at the most excellent Perchalla & Turner at Hyde Park. She’s cool as a cucumber, friendly, genuine, and generous. Nothing’s too difficult. She reads the client brilliantly and works with them (me!) to curate fab travel and holiday experiences, in Aus and O/S. Top notch.

I used Travel Associates book my trip to Greece. This is the second time I’ve asked Lolo to organise a trip and I couldn’t be happier. Everything went like clockwork. The ferries, private transfers, accommodation and flights. Everything was explained in advance and the only surprises were delightful! We took Lolo’s advice on how long to spend on each island and where to stay. It was an exceptional trip and we found ourselves saying “Thank goodness for Lolo” again and again.

Bailey has been organised our overseas adventures for many years. Our travel plans are never straight forward, starts off with one tour extending to several . Our recent travels included a circumnavigation of Svalbard in the arctic circle then three coach tours of Scotland, Wales and Ireland all with added flights accommodation and additional highlights like the Edinburgh tattoo , over 8 weeks Yet another amazing experience Always a delight dealing with Bailey she makes our travel plans so much easier. We have used Bailey for several of our trips . She has been professional and very understanding of our personal needs and requirements when travelling, and tailors our trips to suit us. Nothing has been too much bother for her and I have never felt any negative pushback. I highly recommend her.

I had a wonderful time ,it was my gift to myself for my birthday in Nov., to see an iconic part of this beautiful country. If I had found hosted holidays sooner I would have booked other trips. Everyone should see Uluṟu and the wide open space. I especially enjoyed the sound of silence and the majestic sky. Thank you.

We have recently returned from a fantastic four-week holiday through the UK, Norway, and Poland, and we could not be happier with the service provided by Lolo. From the outset, Lolo helped us streamline our itinerary, ensuring we focused on destinations that allowed us to truly experience each location rather than feeling rushed.
