Itinerary
Sailing south from Piraeus, we come to Milos, where the white lunar-like landscape contrasts strikingly with the blue-green waters, and where the prized Venus de Milo statue in the Louvre in Paris was originally found. We move next to the seaside city of Kalamata – explore its churches and museums, and be sure to pick up some of its famed olives – and then on to Corfu, with its glorious sandy beaches and UNESCO-listed Old Town, which bears the influence of the island’s Venetian, English, and French rule over the centuries. We cross now to Montenegro to admire the medieval walled town of Kotor, which overlooks a beautiful sheltered bay, and then to Croatia and the red-roofed city of Dubrovnik, where you can lose yourself in its labyrinthine limestone streets or dive straight into the sparkling waters of the Adriatic from a cliffside bar. A sea day brings a chance to relax and enjoy the ship while we sail to Fusina, for Venice, our final destination.
