One of my favourite experiences has been bringing together a client's European holiday from beginning to end. Their journey included Qatar Airways Business Class Qsuites, a tour from London to Rome, hand-picked accommodation, carefully planned activities, a Mediterranean cruise from Rome to Barcelona and all the transfers in between. I was particularly proud of how seamlessly everything came together, especially as I had personally recommended and stayed at their Barcelona hotel. Receiving such lovely feedback afterwards made it even more rewarding.

I believe it's the little details that make a big difference. From arranging preferred flight seats and dietary requirements to remembering birthdays, organising final travel document appointments and surprising clients with a thoughtful going-away gift, I love making every journey feel special. I'm also there for my clients throughout their travels, from the first conversation until they arrive home, so they always know they have someone they can turn to.

Capri, Italy, will always be a favourite for its breathtaking views, incredible food and, of course, a Limoncello Spritz! I also love the diversity of Asia, particularly Japan, Vietnam and Indonesia, where there's always something new to discover. New Zealand is another destination I love, with its beautiful landscapes and endless opportunities for adventure. Every destination has something different to offer, which is what makes travelling so exciting.

There are so many special memories to choose from, but two always come to mind. One was sitting in a plaza in Barcelona's Gothic Quarter with my husband, enjoying sangria and patatas bravas while watching the world go by. Suddenly, a street performer stopped to put on a show and jumped right over me! Another was watching the sunrise over the Dubai desert with my family, enjoying a beautiful breakfast picnic surrounded by nothing but sand dunes. Both are reminders of how the unexpected moments often become the most memorable.
