One of the wonderful things about travel is that it opens the door to a world of incredible experiences. Briony knows this first hand. Her travels have taken her all across the globe and found her watching the spectacular Northern Lights through the dome of a glass igloo in Finland, diving with whale sharks and manta rays in Mexico and savouring local delicacies on the streets of Ho Chi Minh City in Vietnam among many others.

Her favourite travel memory is hopping aboard a speedboat and heading out into the waters surrounding Hawaii’s Big Island in the pre-dawn darkness. “Thousands of stars dotted the sky, including quite a few shooting stars. We noticed a glow on the horizon, which we thought was the sun about to rise, but turned out to be lava from the volcano gushing into the sea. It was an amazing ‘right place, right time’ experience. We sat there mesmerised for over an hour”, she says.

Briony strives to create similar unforgettable memories for her clients. Adding local flavour to the experiences by hiring a Citroen convertible to take in the sights of Paris, recommending a hidden restaurant on Lake Bled, where she enjoyed the BEST fish she’s ever eaten or organising front row tickets to opera in Venice.

Her expertise and insider advice span a wide range of destinations, having visited more than 40 countries across all the major continents. However, having spent a full year travelling through the back-roads of Eastern Europe and six months in Northern Italy, she considers these her specialist areas.
