Known for her ability to deliver once-in-a-lifetime experiences, Elise recalls one of her most rewarding professional highlights: planning a tailor-made South American adventure for two sisters. “The result was a richly diverse journey filled with unforgettable moments,” she shares. “My client returned beaming... she raved about every destination and expressed heartfelt appreciation for the level of detail and care that went into creating such a personalised and memorable holiday.”
Elise’s secret to consistently exceeding expectations? Listening. “To go above and beyond for my clients, I always take time to understand who they are. Elise is a firm believer in authentic local experiences. “When travelling, I always recommend including at least one culturally meaningful moment - whether it’s connecting with a local resident or joining in a traditional activity. These experiences offer a genuine insight into everyday life at the destination.”
Her personal travel bucket list is ever-growing, with Africa high on the horizon. “I'd love to experience the Serengeti, see the Big Five, hike to the gorillas, and of course, witness Victoria Falls. Africa offers such a diverse range of travel styles - it’s a continent you can keep returning to and still be surprised.”

What are your favourite destinations to visit and why?
My favourite destinations to visit will always be somewhere that is culturally rich and diverse. So far, Jordan and China has been my most rewarding trips. They allow you to experience another world and lifestyle, whilst exploring diverse landscapes and landmarks (not to mention the world wonders), and indulging in local cuisine with authentic flavours. Nothing beats an exploration trip!
What is your favourite travel memory?
One of my most memorable travel experiences was staying overnight in Wadi Rum, Jordan. I stayed at a desert camp nestled among the dramatic red rock formations, sleeping in a modern dome tent that offered panoramic views of the surrounding desert. As night fell, the sky transformed into a blanket of stars, completely free from light pollution. The next morning, I set out on a jeep tour across the vast desert landscape - it was truly breathtaking.
What is the most amazing experience you have created for a client?
One of the most memorable and rewarding experiences I’ve created for a client was organising a once-in-a-lifetime South American adventure for her and her sister. It was their first time visiting the region, and they were eager to embark on a girls’ trip exploring the breathtaking landscapes of Patagonia and its surrounds. Drawing on personal insights and local knowledge from my family in Buenos Aires, I was able to provide insider advice that enhanced their comfort, safety, and cultural experience.
Why do you love travel? Tell us what it means to you?
Travel is my soul mate. It is both the best way to learn new things and also find a new level of relaxation! Being able to travel means a new way to look at life and understand the cultural differences between people. You get to meet so many new people that you would have never met staying in your hometown. Travel presents you with so many opportunities - experiencing what the world has to offer and how beautiful our earth is. I have travelled ever since I was young, and don't believe I will ever stop!
