Jess is passionate about exploring the world and has travelled extensively, ticking off an impressive 5 of the 7 continents with her adventures through the UK, Europe, Asia, Africa & North America.
Her most memorable experiences were her adventures throughout Uganda and India where she got up close with the abundant wildlife, however her 6 month journey in a motor home through the Mediterranean is hard to forget!
Jess feels it is most important to get excited and listen to her client’s needs to ensure she can deliver an unforgettable travel experience every time. What is the most amazing experience you have created for a client?
I have just planned a dream trip for a client to go on, including a stay with her family at Iguazu Falls for New Year's Eve. She will be on an 11-day Antarctica Lindblad Expedition, and then experience the wonderful national parks in Chile at Torres Del Paine. I can't wait to hear her stories!
What are your favourite destinations and why?
I love Spain, the people, the food and the culture. I feel the same about India - both beautiful destinations with rich experiences waiting to be discovered.
How do you go above and beyond for your clients?
I feel like my clients are more like friends. I've created some amazing bonds to keep repeat clients. I like to think outside of the box for them and they are grateful for my extra suggestions.
Where is still on your bucket list?
Italy is my number one bucket list destination! I want to eat amazing Italian food, experience the ancient history and art, and ride my bike through the vineyards.

We have been booking our travel experiences with Jess since 2022. She has now booked multiple overseas trips for us. We have just returned from Japan this month and had a great holiday. On another trip, we sailed around Croatia, the Greek Islands and Montenegro, which was so fantastic. I had my own waiter who ensured I ate safely everyday, and the food was delicious (my husband and I have both been diagnosed with Coeliac Disease.) We were so happy we could go there safely!
