With over 30 years of experience in the travel industry, Karen brings unmatched passion and expertise to planning unforgettable journeys. Her career began with a Bachelor of Business, majoring in Tourism, and has been enriched by personal travel to more than 55 countries.

Karen’s extensive travels span the globe—from exploring UNESCO World Heritage Sites across Europe and Scandinavia, to soaking up the vibrant cultures of Vietnam and Thailand, and embracing the dramatic landscapes of Nepal, Peru, and Switzerland.

Adventure travel holds a special place in Karen’s heart. Among her most memorable experiences is trekking through the breathtaking scenery of Nepal. A close second? Exploring the ancient wonders of the Middle East, with Petra being a standout highlight. From Egypt and Israel to Jordan, she has uncovered incredible archaeological treasures and world-renowned heritage sites.

Her journey has also taken her to the iconic ruins of Chichén Itzá in Mexico and the legendary Inca Trail in Peru. South America, with its rich history and vibrant culture, remains one of her all-time favourite destinations.

Karen isn’t one to shy away from the wild or unfamiliar. She’s enjoyed thrilling safaris across Africa and has excellent recommendations for luxury lodges and wildlife experiences. Her time in the USA included everything from bustling cities and awe-inspiring National Parks to exhilarating theme parks, Broadway shows, and major sporting events.
