“I love experiencing the many different destinations there are in the world through my clients – including the ones that I can’t get to just yet,” she says. “I love hearing all about it, what they thought, and if they would do it again.”

It’s clear Kirston knows how to find the ideal holiday style to suit every one of her clients. “I am passionate about helping all types of travellers find their perfect holiday and taking them on different journeys around the globe,” she says.

On her own holidays, Kirston has ticked off many incredible destinations including Fiji, France, Germany, Vatican City, Italy, Singapore, Switzerland, Thailand, Vanuatu and the UK and USA. She has also ticked off a few gems closer to home like New Zealand and New Caledonia, as well as the many wonders of her own backyard in Australia.

Near or far, she has a few handy travel tips to impart. “Always ask the locals for their ‘local’ to have a drink, so you don't just go to the obvious tourist spots,” she says. Also, “never over-pack” and be sure to “eat the local cuisine – it’s the best way to experience a destination”.

So where is Kirston’s favourite destination of all? Hawaii, she says, because “it’s so relaxing”. It’s also a very special place where she’ll soon be getting married.
