To-date she cites her most unforgettable trip as the highlands of Papua New Guinea where she was absolutely taken by the untouched natural beauty and fresh cuisine. 

Melanie's passion for food and wine is further demonstrated by her Court of Master Sommeliers qualification, making her the perfect travel advisor for those seeking culinary experiences on their travels.
