Whether it’s securing a clifftop proposal spot with perfect sunset lighting or arranging a surprise bottle of a favourite champagne, Paul uses his industry connections to add thoughtful touches that elevate every itinerary. “It’s about knowing my clients well enough to personalise the experience in ways they didn’t expect,” he says.
One of Paul’s favourite travel moments was a private tour to Valle Nevado, high in the Andes, just a few hours from Santiago. After a scenic drive through farmland and winding mountain roads, the experience unfolded with a refreshing pisco sour, a hearty meal, and a glass of Carmenère paired with local Panquehue cheese—while condors circled outside the windows. “A simply magical experience that most travellers wouldn’t think to include on a short stay in Santiago.”

What is the most amazing experience you have created for a client?
One of the most memorable experiences I helped to plan was a proposal at sunset in a luxury retreat in Australia, complete with champagne and lots of special touches.
What is your number one travel tip?
I encourage clients to slow down and spend more time in each destination. Always plan for more nights and fewer destinations. You will miss so much if you are unpacking and repacking every two days.
What are your favourite destinations and why?
Tuscany is my all-time favourite destination. From the Chianti wine region, to the famous cathedrals of Florence, to beautiful Pisa and the gorgeous rolling green hills, each location tells a story of central Italy through the wine, food, culture and people.
How do you go above and beyond for your clients?
I contact every hotel in anticipation of a client's arrival to request extra arrangements, from early check-in and late check-out, to their favourite wine in their room, or even a sunset-orientated suite. Anybody can book a fancy hotel but all the little touches are what create "wow" moments and make your holiday unforgettable.
