Her bucket list travel must-do? “Eating my way through Italy”, she says. “I learnt Italian at school and am Italy obsessed but haven't crossed that border yet. I want to do it properly, the real deal – learn to make Limoncello, shop at markets, stay in a small village and spend time in Sicily.”
