What is the most amazing experience you have created for a client?
Flying a client to meet his sister, nieces, and nephews for the first time was unforgettable. Being part of that moment was truly special. Another favourite is being a part of planning a couple’s journey - from proposal to honeymoon, babymoon, and now family holidays -seeing their travels grow as their lives do.
What is your number one travel tip?
Write down your favourite thing of the day before bed. When you are experiencing so many amazing things you can sometimes forget the little things. I love looking over these when I am back home.
What are your favourite destinations and why?
Staying in luxury accommodation 'The Hide' in the middle of Hwange National Park in Zimbabwe was one of the most gratifying experiences of my life. I also love Fiji: only 4 hours flight time and you are transported to paradise. Fijians are so lovely and friendly.
How do you go above and beyond for your clients?
I love getting the little things right so nothing distracts from the holiday. Be it frequent flyer information or getting my client's favourite seat, these small things matter in making a seamless journey.
