Growing up in a quiet English village, Chloe Torok never imagined she'd one day be helping fellow travellers explore the world – and yet, a decade in the travel industry and countless trips later, she's done exactly that, and shows no signs of stopping.
Now based in Canberra, ACT, Chloe brings a uniquely personal perspective to bespoke travel planning. Her forte? Meticulously crafted, deeply personalised family travel. She knows what it means to pack up the kids and head somewhere extraordinary, because she's done it herself. Taking her four children to the Great Barrier Reef is a memory she holds close. “Being from a little village in the UK, it was a dream to go and see it, and to be able to take my children was definitely a memorable moment for me.”
Family holidays are Chloe's speciality, and she plans each one with genuine care and precision, from the very first conversation to finessing the final detail. She knows the UK, France, Germany, Hungary and Australia inside out, even though her extensive travels have taken her across Europe, Southeast Asia and beyond.
Her approach to travel is unhurried and intentional. “I encourage customers to spend enough time in each destination to really immerse themselves, to feel like they have truly experienced each place rather than simply passed through it.” It's advice that reflects how she travels herself: thoughtfully, curiously, and always with an eye for what makes a place memorable.
When she's not planning someone else's holiday, she's busy dreaming up grand adventures of her own. South America (including Machu Picchu in Peru) and Cappadocia in Turkey are firmly on her bucket list. And for an escape closer to home, her favourite retreat remains the Langdale Chase in the UK’s Lake District. “It has a stunning view of Lake Windermere and the historical property is absolutely beautiful. It’s my perfect getaway.”

What is the most amazing experience you have created for a client?
A client who had dreamed of visiting the UK her whole life came in feeling extremely anxious and unsure about booking. After I reassured her and guided her through the process, she booked the trip! She left transformed – hugging me, full of confidence, and ready to live her dream.
How do you go above and beyond for your clients?
I want to provide a very personal experience for every customer, getting to know who they are and what they love. I want them to feel like everything was seamless and that they can trust me to give them the best experience possible.
What are your favourite destinations to visit and why?
Hungary is one of my favourite countries to visit. I love the rich food and history, beautiful, friendly people and their vibrant culture. The countryside is magnificent, with rolling hills full of sunflowers and stunning architecture.
Why do you love travel? Tell us what it means to you?
Travel to me is freedom. The world is so diverse and there is so much to learn about and see. Travel helps me grow as a human being; learning about different people and cultures enriches my soul.
