A very memorable client of Elise’s once asked her to help organise their wedding day on board a cruise ship. “The cruise took in the beautiful Queensland coast and allowed them to combine their wedding and honeymoon into one magical holiday. The cruise company got involved as well too to ensure it was everything they could have imagined.”
Elise is especially enthusiastic about family holidays and multi-generational travel. “Travelling with family and making long-term memories is always very special. I remember fondly the many holidays we took as a family when I was growing up, and now that I have children of my own these are memories to forever look back on and reminisce.”
Prefer adults-only escapes? Elise says you can’t go wrong with a trip to Italy - her favourite spot on the map for food, culture and history. “The history of ancient Rome is amazing and the food and authenticity behind it is like nowhere else on the planet. I learned to make pasta in Rome!”
Another tasty tip? “Don’t miss Botín Restaurant in Madrid for cuisine cooked the traditional way. It’s the world’s oldest restaurant - home to the best sangria in all of Spain and an amazing filet mignon too. They are famous for their Segovia suckling pig and the atmosphere is just perfect, every time.”

Every trip I plan brings me immense joy, as I take pride in crafting experiences that truly feel like a trip of a lifetime. I focus on incorporating all the must-see attractions and bucket list items that are unique to each traveller’s interests. By paying attention to individual preferences and desires, I aim to create unforgettable memories that resonate long after the journey ends. Whether it's exploring iconic landmarks, indulging in local cuisines, or venturing off the beaten path, I tailor every aspect of the itinerary to ensure a personalised and immersive experience.
Why do you love travel? Tell us what it means to you?
Travelling is a passion of mine, as it allows me to deeply immerse myself in diverse cultures and savour their unique cuisines. Each journey opens up a world of experiences, enabling me to connect with people from various walks of life. I cherish the opportunity to learn from these different perspectives and share the invaluable knowledge I gain along the way.
What are your favourite destinations and why?
Malta and Sicily are so captivating that they both offer a unique blend of cultural history and exquisite cuisine. Malta, with its ancient temples and charming coastal towns, boasts a rich tapestry of influences from various civilisations, including the Phoenicians, Romans, and Knights of St. John. Meanwhile, Sicily, the largest island in the Mediterranean, has amazing breathtaking landscapes, impressive archaeological sites, and vibrant cities like Palermo and Taormina. Culinary enthusiasts will be in heaven, as both countries have such a diverse and delicious food scenes.
How do you go above and beyond for your clients?
I consistently go above and beyond by attentively listening to my clients' needs from our very first interaction. I pride myself on responding promptly and maintaining open lines of communication. Whether through WhatsApp, in-store, on the phone, or via email, I am always accessible. This proactive approach not only ensures that I am there for my clients during their trip but also allows me to gather valuable feedback about their holiday experiences and the unforgettable memories they create.
