Among the many places she’s visited, Hawaii ranks as her number one destination. “I love the sun, the people and the shopping, plus it is not too far away”, she says.

She specialises in all things USA and having driven across the country from New York To Los Angeles, she’s seen more of it than most. This also means she’s got some great travel advice to share with others.

For example, if you find yourself in San Francisco, she recommends riding across the Golden Gate Bridge and having lunch in a little cafe in Sausalito before catching the ferry back across the harbour. Or, in New York, she suggests making your way to Dumbo, a neighbourhood on the edge of Brooklyn, which boasts cobblestone streets, high-end restaurants and trendy cafes as well as amazing views of the city.
