Leigh’s own travel adventures have taken her to so many destinations that it’s hard to know where to begin. She has scuba dived off the Egyptian coast from Dahab, where she explored vibrant coral reefs and marine life at iconic sites like the Blue Hole. She recalls her journey aboard the magical paddle steamer, the Wilhelm Tell Express, which took her from Lucerne to Flüelen, offering breathtaking views of Lake Lucerne and the Swiss Alps. One of her most cherished memories is an intimate barefoot dinner on the pure-white sands of the luxurious 5-star Jean-Michel Cousteau Resort in Fiji, where delicious fine wines were perfectly paired with exquisite cuisine.
“Experiencing the world firsthand allows me to share insights that truly make a difference,” Leigh reflects.
Leigh has a unique ability to craft unforgettable experiences, ensuring her clients enjoy personalised journeys tailored to their specific interests. "Too many to choose from!" she says when asked to share some of the most memorable itineraries she’s planned for her clients. One highlight was planning a family adventure to Rovaniemi, Lapland, where they explored Santa's Village and hunted for the elusive Northern Lights. “Sleeping in a real igloo, racing through the snow on a husky sled, and meeting Santa created memories that will last a lifetime,” she shares. Another standout moment was organising every detail of a client's incredible engagement proposal atop the Burj Al Arab in Dubai. "She said, 'Yes!'"

What are your favourite destinations to visit and why?
Anywhere in Europe – the centuries of history, exquisite food, and roaming around the narrow cobblestone lanes taking it all in! Whether it's standing in awe beneath the intricate spires of a Gothic cathedral or wandering through the ruins of Roman amphitheatres, there's a profound beauty in the blend of past and present. Add to that the sheer diversity of cuisines – from buttery croissants in a Parisian café to fresh pasta in a quiet Tuscan village – and it becomes a feast for all the senses.
What is your number one travel tip?
Start adjusting to your destination’s time zone while you're still in the air. One simple but effective way to do this is by trying to sleep on the plane during the hours that correspond to night-time at your destination. This can really help your body clock begin the transition and reduce the impact of jet lag once you land. I usually set my watch to the local time of where I’m going as soon as I board – it’s a small mental trick that helps me get in sync early.
How do you go above and beyond for your clients?
I take the time to understand my clients' unique preferences and provide a personalised, tailored service, ensuring their travel dreams are turned into reality. Whether it’s securing a room with the perfect view, suggesting hidden gems only locals know about, or being available to support my clients during their journey, it's that level of care and attention that transforms a good trip into a truly exceptional one.
What is the most amazing experience you have created for a client?
One of the most unforgettable experiences I’ve created was organising a truly spectacular engagement proposal atop the iconic Burj Al Arab in Dubai. The moment was absolutely magical – set against the stunning Dubai skyline at sunset – and most importantly, she said 'YES!' It was such a privilege to be part of something so meaningful, and to know I played a role in creating a memory they’ll cherish forever.
