Louise was particularly inspired by the vibrant colours, culture, and breathtaking landscapes of Morocco and describes her experience in the Sahara Desert as truly unforgettable.
One of Louise’s most memorable client experiences was creating a magical Christmas journey to Lapland for a family travelling internationally for the first time. Complete with reindeer safaris, ice fishing, snowmobile adventures, Santa’s Village, and a stay in glass igloos, it became a true trip of a lifetime for the family.

What is the most amazing experience you have created for a client?
It’s hard to choose just one, but one experience that really stands out was creating a magical Christmas journey to Lapland for a family travelling internationally for the very first time. Their itinerary included visiting Santa’s Village, ice fishing, reindeer safaris, snowmobile adventures, and staying in glass igloos under the Arctic sky. Seeing the excitement and joy this once-in-a-lifetime experience brought to the family made it incredibly rewarding to be part of creating such unforgettable memories.

With more than 26 years of industry experience and extensive global destination knowledge, I’m able to provide trusted advice, insider recommendations, and unique experiences that help make every trip truly special.
What are your favourite destinations to visit and why?
There are so many incredible destinations to choose from, but Morocco and Italy are two places I would return to in a heartbeat. I was recently captivated by the vibrant colours, rich culture, incredible food, and warm hospitality of Morocco, while experiencing the Sahara Desert was truly unforgettable and deeply moving. Italy also continues to inspire me with its beautiful landscapes, history, food, and effortless way of life, it’s a destination I never tire of exploring.
What is your favourite travel memory?
One of my most treasured travel memories was taking my children to Disneyland Paris for the very first time. Seeing the excitement, wonder, and pure joy on their faces throughout the experience is something I will never forget.
