Her expertise spans everything from luxury small group touring and self-drive holidays to expedition cruising, African safaris, and immersive cultural itineraries.
One of Phoebe’s most memorable client experiences was designing a four-week journey through the UK and Ireland for a client with a passion for aviation and history. Highlights included a small-group walking tour through Northern Ireland and an unforgettable bucket-list experience flying a Spitfire over the White Cliffs of Dover — an experience inspired by the RAF pilots of World War II.
Phoebe believes the best travel experiences happen when there is time to slow down and truly connect with a destination. Her number one travel tip is to avoid overscheduling and leave space to wander, discover local restaurants, and experience a destination beyond the guidebooks.
Her favourite destinations include Morocco for its vibrant culture and colours, Sicily for its incredible food and history, and New Zealand for its breathtaking landscapes and ease of exploration. One of her most unforgettable personal travel memories was summiting Mt Kilimanjaro at sunrise after an eight-day trek — an experience she describes as both physically challenging and completely breathtaking.

What is the most amazing experience you have created for a client?
One of the most memorable experiences I recently created was a bespoke four-week journey through the UK and Ireland for a client with a passion for aviation and immersive travel. Highlights included a small-group walking tour through the rugged landscapes of Northern Ireland and an unforgettable bucket-list experience flying a Spitfire over the White Cliffs of Dover, a truly remarkable moment inspired by the RAF pilots of WWII.

I go above and beyond by truly listening to my clients and asking the right questions to create journeys that are personalised, meaningful, and memorable. I genuinely care about every experience my clients have, and through the trusted network and industry relationships I’ve built over the past 15 years, I’m able to curate bespoke itineraries and unique experiences that simply can’t be found off the shelf.
What is your number one travel tip?
Don’t overschedule your itinerary, leave room to slow down and truly experience a destination. Some of the best travel moments come from wandering without a plan, dining where the locals eat, and discovering places you’d never find rushing from one attraction to the next.
What are your favourite destinations to visit and why?
New Zealand, Morocco, and Sicily are three destinations I’m constantly drawn back to for completely different reasons. New Zealand offers breathtaking scenery and is the perfect self-drive escape, all just a few hours from home. Morocco captivated me with its vibrant colours, rich French-influenced culture, bustling souks, stunning landscapes, and endless mint tea. Sicily is another favourite for its incredible history, charming coastal towns, and unforgettable seafood, with the added bonus of being perfectly positioned between mainland Italy and Malta.
