While I love to explore the world and experience different cultures, people, food and lifestyles, it's still the South Pacific that calls me back again and again. They are among the most beautiful people I have ever encountered. They have relatively nothing but are seemingly one of the happiest groups of people you'll ever meet. And the beaches are gorgeous! 

I have a lovely couple who surprise each other every year by organising alternate Christmas holidays. This year we had so much fun planning their Christmas in Lapland at Santa's Village with dog sledding and snowmobiling. They followed on with a Norwegian coastal voyage and then headed on to Canada for a winter wonderland experience, staying at the amazing Fairmont Hotels including Banff Springs Hotel. The ‘wow’ factor was fabulous! 

I love to travel for so many reasons. Being thrown into new environments, stepping outside of my daily routine, and diving into the unknown takes me on a journey of self-discovery. It boosts my self-awareness and enhances my problem-solving skills. I love connecting with different cultures, navigating foreign lands by different modes of transport, trying different foods and exploring new landscapes. 

I strive to continually improve. One of the best ways to do this is to listen to the feedback I get from my clients regarding their recent holidays. Building a relationship with my clients is paramount to me. We have genuine conversations, and I try to get to know them not just on a business level but a personal level too. This assists me in really understanding what my client's needs and wants are.
