She laughs remembering her early fear of flying, now replaced with a sense of wonder for the world above the clouds. Her bucket list remains inspiringly ambitious: “The Arctic and Antarctic, the European Christmas Markets, and a long, sun-drenched summer in Italy with my family.”

What is the most amazing experience you have created for a client?
As a surprise, I had clients collected from their lodge in Kenya at sunrise for a spectacular hot air balloon ride as they watched the Great Migration below. Upon landing, they were greeted with a champagne breakfast at a private table in the Masai Mara, with the wildebeest grazing in the background. Magic.
What is your number one travel tip?
A hotel is not just a place to stay, a hotel will make or break your everlasting impression of a destination. It's so important to choose one that aligns with your style, taste, and itinerary.
What are your favourite destinations and why?
New York is my favourite destination because of its vibrant energy, diverse culture, iconic landmarks, and world-class food and wine scenes. Visiting the Loire Valley is always gorgeous too - a perfect blend of stunning chateaus, picturesque vineyards, and charming French villages.
How do you go above and beyond for your clients?
I go above and beyond for my clients by truly understanding their unique needs, maintaining clear and open communication, anticipating challenges, and delivering tailored solutions with care and attention to detail - all while staying committed to exceeding their expectations and building long-lasting relationships.
