Gab has explored the ancient ruins of Athens, island-hopped along Croatia’s dazzling coast, and ridden camels through the Moroccan desert – each adventure adding to her expertise and global perspective. “I’ve been incredibly fortunate to tick off so many destinations from my bucket list,” she says. “Up next is New York City, a place I’ve dreamed of visiting for years – and I simply can’t wait. After that, Rio de Janeiro is high on my list!”
Her favourite travel memories range from sharing a Guinness with friends in an Edinburgh pub to hiking Italy’s Cinque Terre, eating gelato in the sun, and dancing to the beats of world-famous DJs. These moments inspire her mission: to help clients create their own lifelong memories.
Behind the scenes, Gab ensures every trip is seamless and tailored to perfection. “From welcome champagne to a business class upgrade,” she explains, “I want each journey to feel personal and unforgettable.” Her destination specialties span Europe – including France, Germany, the UK, and Croatia – as well as South Korea, Japan, Bali, and Hong Kong.
And her one piece of advice to every traveller? “No matter what, don't forget your camera!”

What is the most amazing experience you have created for a client?
I created the perfect honeymoon for a wonderful couple. They embarked on an unforgettable Southeast Asian trip, journeying from the vibrant streets of Singapore to the enchanting landscapes of Vietnam in absolute style. Every detail was meticulously curated, from luxurious hotel stays to seamless transfers and personalised activities, ensuring a flawless, indulgent escape from start to finish.
How do you go above and beyond for your clients?
I guide my clients through every detail of their journey, offering insider tips, and preparing them with practical essentials like currency, SIM cards, and local customs, so they feel completely at ease. I also share my personal favourite 'must dos' in each destination: hidden-gem restaurants, breathtaking viewpoints, and must-see spots I’ve personally discovered and loved.
What are your favourite destinations and why?
There are so many incredible places to choose from! For a sun-soaked European summer, I adore Northern Malta: the rich history, authentic Italian cuisine, and stunning blue waters are unbeatable. When I crave the energy of a vibrant city with shopping and my favourite food, then Seoul, South Korea, is my go-to. And for a truly magical experience filled with dazzling lights and unforgettable shows like the Moulin Rouge, Paris holds a special place in my heart.
Why do you love travel? Tell us what it means to you?
Travel has truly transformed my life. It led me to meet my fiancé and best friends, and set me on an exciting new path. I fell deeply in love with immersing myself in diverse cultures, savouring the finest local cuisines, and, above all, swimming in breathtaking locations around the world. This passion sparked my career in travel, and I haven’t looked back since. I’d love to share these life-changing experiences with you!
