Bitten by the travel bug, Joanne then embarked on a nearly two-year adventure through England, Scotland and France. From the big city energy of London to the charming coastal town of Mevagissey and the lively spirit of Glasgow, she immersed herself in British life. “The ancient castles, weathered churches and warm embrace of traditional pubs deepened my love for this history-soaked land and ultimately led me to a career in travel,” she says.

Her adventures continued in Bangkok where she delved into the city’s rich culture, from the serene beauty of Wat Pho to the bustling Damnoen Saduak floating market. Joanne added, “Navigating the city by bus was an adventure in itself, allowing us to immerse ourselves in the local culture and witness the everyday life of its friendly people.”

Joanne's next chapter was a month-long family adventure through California Arizona and Nevada. Disneyland enchanted with its fairy-tale magic, San Francisco offered iconic experiences and Yosemite brought peace with wildlife frolicking against the backdrop of El Capitan and Yosemite Falls. Los Angeles added star-studded dazzle and Las Vegas thrilled with neon energy. But the real magic was a journey to the Grand Canyon. “The sheer scale and vastness of the canyon was a humbling reminder of our planet’s extraordinary beauty,” stated Joanne.

Now using her personal experience to craft one-of-a-kind experiences for her clients, Joanne says, “Whether it's exploring urban landscapes, a romantic getaway, or finding tranquillity in nature, I design journeys that perfectly match my clients' interests,” she explains.

One such trip was a lavish New York honeymoon for a former Australian cricket captain and his bride. “I can’t reveal names, but we pulled out all the stops with First Class flights, a 5-star hotel overlooking Central Park, a room adorned with rose petals and candles and a romantic carriage ride that made the bride feel like a princess.”
