With decades of experience as a luxury travel advisor, he specialises in crafting itineraries rich in experience, seamless in execution, and filled with unforgettable moments. Some of his most cherished moments come from his own travels, including a four-month stay in France during the Rugby World Cup, where his son attended a local village school and Randall learned the power of slow travel and long lunches. "Each experience is unique and captivating, and enriches the soul", he says.
 

That belief is reflected in every itinerary he designs. One example was a trip he curated for the CEO of a German multinational, who sailed to Australia on a yacht. "His EA called from Germany with an itinerary that included the Great Barrier Reef in the morning, and Ayers Rock in the afternoon,” Randal recalls. “I had to gently give her a geography lesson, and we settled on a two-week trip around Australia for them, seeing all the highlights and some left-of-field experiences like the Gulflander train in North Queensland and staying on a remote cattle station. They loved it."
