The Austrian Alps - in both summer and winter!  I lived there for five years, and visit often. It's like our second home. Greece is another firm favourite - it's the place we always go back to for guaranteed sunshine, crystal-clear water, and fabulous food.

I arranged for a family of five to travel to Austria for their first White Christmas. The kids had never been out of Australia, let alone seen snow before! Their excitement was so rewarding - it's what makes this job so exciting and worthwhile.

My love of travel comes from a desire to experience life from different perspectives, to see how others live, and to find beauty in unfamiliar places. Stepping out of my daily life brings a sense of freedom and excitement for the unknown that’s hard to replicate. Whether it’s a spontaneous drop and flop holiday in Fiji, or a carefully planned European adventure, travel lifts me like nothing else. It also reminds me how vast the world is—and how much of it is still waiting to be discovered. There's nothing better!

I research every holiday as if it were my own, and take particular care in choosing the right accommodation. Also, I think documentation is so important - I always provide a really detailed itinerary with step-by-step guidance for each trip.
