What is your favourite travel memory?
Ringing in the New Year under the stars at Pilanesberg National Park in South Africa was unlike any celebration I’d ever experienced. Instead of fireworks and city lights, we had a sky full of stars, the distant roar of lions, and the quiet hum of the African wilderness surrounding us.
What are your favourite destinations and why?
Malta is a real hidden gem in the heart of the Mediterranean. This sun-soaked island nation is a captivating blend of ancient history, vibrant culture, and jaw-dropping natural beauty. Add in year-round sunshine, welcoming locals, and the fact that English is an official language, and you’ve got a destination that’s both accessible and richly immersive.
How do you go above and beyond for your clients?
Treat them well, follow up, maintain open lines of communication, bid them farewell before the trip, and welcome them back once they return. It's about constant communication and ensuring that there are special touches that make their trip truly unforgettable.
Why do you love travel? Tell us what it means to you?
Travel is my way of exploring life, stepping outside the ordinary and reminding myself how vast and diverse the world truly is. It’s a way to truly breathe, to pause from the rush of routines and reconnect with what matters. Above all, I travel to enjoy the moment. To be fully immersed, unplugged, and awake to what’s around me.
