I have booked many trips with Gungahlin Travel Associates over the years, the staff have always been amazing and polite. Most recently Erin booked me on the most amazing cruise through Greece and Turkey, ending on with a train ride through Hungary. Her professional service let me enjoy the trip of a lifetime (even when I got on a train going in the complete wrong direction). Absolutely would reccomend for anyone considering there next trip!

Janine from Travel Associates Gungahlin really helped us plan and book a combined river cruise, independent land journey and work commitments for a six week trip. She was really helpful with advice and listened to our requests and conditions for our journey. Lauren Egas was truely wonderful. She organised both the Intrepid and Collette tours on Canada in August /September 2026. She also organised our flights which after the start of the Middle East war in February meant we had to cancel or Emirates flights. Lauren quickly organised our Emirates refund which was great. We can’t recommend Lexi highly enough as she took a vague brief and turned it into an amazing holiday. We visited the Greek Ionian islands of Kefalonia, Lefkada and Corfu. Parga on the Greek mainland. Sorrento in Italy and then Malta. The pace was perfect as was the choice and location of the accommodation. The trip was seamless with timings of ferries/flights etc planned to fit with hotel check in and check out meaning we never had to wait around. Each location fitted our brief for when we wanted to explore and when we wanted down time. Thanks Lexi, it was fantastic

Tania Friend is a fantastic and dedicated travel agent who has looked after me and my extended family members of 15 people ranging in age from 71 to babies and infants for travel at varied destinations in 5 continents for a quarter of a century. Tania's work ethic and professionalism combines cheerful, diplomatic, competent, and knowledgeable information, to effect perfect realisation of the varied needs and budgets of my family members and even managed to secure the last 2 seats from Johannesburg to Sydney when Covid struck and the travel embargos kept shrinking day by day, hour by hour. I can not recommend Tania highly enough and I have trusted my loved ones' quite tricky and individual itineries and wellbeing in her hands as I know she will find the best deals and sort through challenging and diverse locations, logistics and unexpected hurdles. 5/5 Stars – Flawless 30th Anniversary Trip Planned Remotely! We used Janice from Travel Associates Burleigh Heads QLD to plan our 30th wedding anniversary trip, and she was absolutely incredible. Even though everything was handled entirely online and over the phone, the process was completely seamless from start to finish. Janice truly listened to what we wanted. The absolute highlight was her recommendation of the G Adventures Ultimate Italy tour. It was perfect for us, striking the exact balance between curated sightseeing and plenty of free time to explore on our own. She also seamlessly handled all the intricate logistics for the rest of our journey. Janice perfectly organized our airport transfers and tours in Dubai—the evening desert safari she booked for us was amazing and a massive highlight of our stopover! She then coordinated all of our flights and transfers to Riyadh without a single hitch. Thanks to Janice, our milestone anniversary was smooth, stress-free, and deeply memorable. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Lolo organised our first trip to Europe, and we couldn’t have asked for a better experience! We are a married couple in our early 40s, and this 19-day adventure was planned around a friend’s wedding in Lindos, Greece. Our trip took us from Mykonos to Athens and then Rhodes. Then it was off to Budapest and Vienna for the final leg of our journey, where we celebrated our wedding anniversary. From the very beginning, Lolo made sure everything was organised and taken care of. Our flights, boat and train transfers and accommodation (including breakfast) were all perfectly arranged and everything was absolutely on point. We organised our own taxis and tours along the way, but because everything was so conveniently located, we also loved being able to walk around and discover the venues and surrounding areas ourselves. The whole trip was seamless, stress-free and absolutely amazing. Having Lolo organise everything meant we could simply enjoy the experience without having to worry about all the little details. We’re so grateful for all the effort that went into making our first European adventure so memorable. We would highly recommend Lolo to anyone looking to plan an incredible holiday!

When our Scenic River Cruise was cancelled just one week before our departure from Adelaide due to low water levels on the Danube, Adam Crossman from Travel Associates Glenelg came to our rescue! Adam was absolutely fabulous in rearranging our entire holiday, organising a Norwegian Viva cruise through Italy, Croatia, France and a little taste of Spain. From rebooking our cancelled flights to arranging hotels for our land stays and coordinating internal flights, he handled everything professionally and efficiently, without adding any further stress to an already stressful situation. This is the second holiday Adam has organised for us, and on both occasions, we have had nothing but praise for his service.
