Steph’s travels have taken her across the globe, exploring the temples of Cambodia, the sun-drenched coasts of Cyprus, the lush landscapes of Indonesia and Malaysia, the colourful streets of Singapore, the rich history of Turkey and Vietnam, and the cultural treasures of France, Greece, Portugal, Spain, the United Kingdom, and Jamaica. Taking part in a traditional Buddhist blessing ceremony at a monastery in Cambodia remains one of her favourite travel memories – a moment that captures her love of immersive experiences.
A seasoned river cruise expert, Steph knows how to make these journeys seamless and memorable. She advises her clients: “Head into the departure city a minimum of one day before if travelling on a cruise.” With her guidance, every cruise can be a relaxed, smooth start to an unforgettable adventure.

What is the most amazing experience you have created for a client?
I arranged a honeymoon for my clients, including business class flights from Australia to Rome, followed by a cruise around the Eastern Mediterranean finishing in Trieste, a train into Venice for a 3-night luxury stay, and then on to Paris for a 5-star land and river cruise tour ending in Budapest.
How do you go above and beyond for your clients?
I treat my clients like friends, building relationships based on trust and knowledge. I listen carefully to their preferences and make their dreams a reality, offering recommendations and tips along the way. I believe the holiday starts with the booking experience.
What are your favourite destinations to visit and why?
I love Vietnam for its energy, food, and culture; and Cambodia for its powerful history and landmarks. Combining both on a luxury Mekong cruise is my favourite trip: one minute exploring floating markets in Vietnam, the next seeing the beautiful temples in Cambodia, then watching the sunset back onboard while savouring a local-inspired menu.
